Pandabase is pay-as-you-go. There are no monthly fees, setup fees, or minimum commitments. You only pay when you make a sale.

The payments you receive are automatically settled in USD, regardless of the currency your customer paid in.
Transaction fees
Every successful payment is subject to two fees, both deducted automatically before the net amount is added to your available balance.

The processing rate varies by card type, region, and currency. The exact rate for each transaction is shown on the payment detail page in your dashboard.
Dispute fee
$20.00 per dispute, regardless of outcome.
When a customer files a chargeback, the dispute fee is deducted from your balance along with the disputed amount. The fee is not refunded even if you win the dispute.
Fraud alerts
Fraud alerts from Verifi and Ethoca are charged at $29.00 per alert and automatically refunded to help prevent disputes.
Prevented disputes
When Verifi or Ethoca resolves a chargeback with the issuing bank before it becomes a formal dispute, the disputed amount is returned to the cardholder and a $30.00 prevention fee is deducted from your balance. Prevented disputes don’t count toward your dispute rate. See disputes for details.
Payouts
The minimum payout amount is $50.00 in all countries.
Each payout has a base fee of $1.50. Payouts to accounts outside the United States also incur cross-border and currency conversion fees.

Refunds
Issuing a refund is free. The refunded amount is deducted from your store’s available balance, but the original transaction fees are not returned.

A customer pays $50.00 for a product (illustrative processing rate of 2.9%):
