Overview
A store is where your products live. Each store has its own products, orders, balance, webhooks, API tokens, and team members. You can create up to 3 stores per account.Creating a store
When creating a store, you’ll provide:- Name — your store’s display name
- Summary — a short description shown on your storefront
- Description — a longer description for your store page
- Category — what you sell (software, digital products, ebooks, courses, etc.)
- Support email — where customers can reach you
- Origin country — your country of operation
Storefront
Every store gets a public storefront where customers can browse your products and categories. The storefront is accessible without authentication and supports:- Store info (name, logo, description, colors)
- Product listings with search and filtering
- Category browsing with hierarchy
- Individual product pages with variants and options
Customization
You can customize your storefront’s appearance with:- Logo and favicon
- Accent color and primary color
- Social links (Twitter, Discord, etc.)
Team members
Invite team members to help manage your store. Each member has a role that controls what they can do.| Role | Permissions |

| Viewer | Read-only access to orders, products, and analytics |
| Moderator | Everything a viewer can do, plus manage products and orders |
| Developer | Everything a moderator can do, plus manage webhooks and API tokens |
| Administrator | Full access including team management, payouts, and store settings |
Only the store owner can enable payouts, manage bank accounts, and delete the
store.
Store requirements
Before your store can accept payments, you need:- A verified account (KYC completed)
- A verified phone number
- At least one active product
- Payouts enabled with a bank account (to receive funds)
