Payments on Pandabase Direct are processed and settled through our payment processing partner. Your settlement terms determine when funds become available and how they reach your bank account.
Before your first payout
Complete the required identity checks and provide accurate bank details. Check the payout currency and destination before relying on an expected transfer.
Timing
The v2 Direct payout schedule, minimum amount, and settlement times are still being documented. Confirm the terms for your account, including any initial waiting period or funds held in reserve.
Fees
The v2 pricing page lists $1 per US ACH payout and 2–4% + $1 per international payout. Direct payments settle through a processing partner, so confirm whether these rates or separate partner payout charges apply to your account.

Reconcile a payout
Keep the payout reference alongside the payments, fees, refunds, and disputes it covers. The original payment amount and the amount paid into your bank account can differ because of these adjustments.
If a payout hasn't arrived
Check the status, expected settlement date, and bank details. When contacting support, include the payout reference, amount, currency, and date so the transfer can be traced with the processing partner.
