Digital products and services only

Pandabase is designed for businesses selling digital products and services, including software, SaaS platforms, subscriptions, online services, and digital access. Businesses involved in the sale, shipment, or fulfillment of physical goods are not supported and may be subject to account suspension or termination.

Restricted and prohibited products and services

You may not use Pandabase to sell, distribute, facilitate, or promote any of the following:
  • Physical goods of any kind
  • Financial, investment, legal, or professional advisory services
  • Money transmission, unlicensed lending, payday loans, or cash advance services
  • Credit repair or debt settlement services
  • Counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorized goods
  • Illegal, regulated, or age-restricted products
  • Gambling, betting, lotteries, sweepstakes, or games of chance (licensed or unlicensed where restricted by law)
  • Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material (including AI-generated pornographic content, deepfakes, or synthetic sexual media)
  • Escort services, sexual services, or fetish services
  • Pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or health-related products
  • Cryptocurrency, NFTs, tokens, securities, or investment products
  • Multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, referral pyramids, or similar schemes
  • IPTV, unauthorized streaming services, or media redistribution services
  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or weapons
  • Drugs, narcotics, controlled substances, or related paraphernalia
  • Endangered species, wildlife products, or derived materials
  • Hazardous, toxic, or dangerous materials
  • Malware, ransomware, hacking tools, exploits, spyware, or attack services
  • Bot farms, fake engagement, artificial traffic, or manipulation services
  • Fake reviews, ratings, or deceptive ranking manipulation services
  • Sale or distribution of personal data, data lists, or unauthorized data brokerage
  • Spyware, stalkerware, or unauthorized surveillance tools
  • Circumvention tools designed to bypass platform protections, moderation systems, or KYC/AML controls
  • VPNs, proxy services, or anonymity tools marketed for abuse, evasion, or policy circumvention
  • Phishing kits, scam templates, or fraud enablement tools
  • Account takeover services, credential stuffing tools, or hacked account marketplaces
  • AI-generated pornographic content, including deepfakes, synthetic sexual media, or explicit content generation tools
  • AI tools designed for impersonation, deception, fraud, or non-consensual content creation
  • AI “undressing” tools, sexual image manipulation tools, or similar synthetic media abuse tools
  • AI systems primarily designed to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • Content you do not own or do not have valid distribution rights for
  • Resold or redistributed digital products without authorization from the original rights holder (including PLR abuse or scraped paid content)
  • Dating or matchmaking services
  • Timeshares
  • Government-issued documents, identity services, or document fabrication services
  • “Get-rich-quick” schemes or income systems with misleading earnings claims
  • Trading signals, investment bots, or guaranteed-return financial schemes
  • Fake certifications, credential fraud services, or falsified qualification systems
  • SEO, growth, or marketing services that guarantee results in a deceptive or misleading manner
  • Any service that facilitates illegal activity in any jurisdiction where it is offered, sold, or accessed
This list is not exhaustive. Pandabase reserves the right to determine whether a business, product, or activity violates this policy.

Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Zero-tolerance violations (immediate termination)

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child exploitation
  • Terrorist content or support for terrorist organizations
  • Fraud, impersonation, identity theft, or account takeover activity
  • Distribution or facilitation of malware, ransomware, or malicious code
  • Phishing, scam operations, or deliberate deception of users or customers
  • Sale or promotion of any prohibited products or services listed above

Restricted conduct (may result in warning or termination)

  • Harassment, threats, bullying, or abusive behavior
  • Hate speech or discriminatory content targeting protected characteristics
  • Spam, unsolicited messaging, or bulk unsolicited communications
  • Unauthorized collection, exposure, or sale of personal data
  • Content promoting self-harm or suicide
  • Misleading claims, deceptive practices, or bait-and-switch behavior
  • Fake reviews, manipulated ratings, or artificial engagement activity
  • Circumvention of platform enforcement systems or policy controls
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
Pandabase reserves the right to update, interpret, and enforce this policy at its discretion to ensure compliance, platform integrity, and user safety.
