Choose Merchant of record or Pandabase Direct. There are no monthly fees, setup fees, or minimum commitments. Transaction fees apply to successful payments; other fees are listed below.

**5.9% + 50¢** per successful transaction.

* **+1.5%** for cards and alternative payment methods outside the US
* **+0.5%** for subscription payments

### Pandabase Direct [#pandabase-direct]

**3.9% + 29¢** per successful transaction, plus &#x2A;*Interchange++** fees from our payment processing partner, passed through at cost.

Included:

* Checkout, billing, and invoicing
* The same payment methods and currencies as Merchant of record

Your responsibilities:

* Tax registration and filing
* Dispute and fraud liability

### Custom [#custom]

Contact sales if you process a high volume of payments or need different rates. Custom plans can include:

The main difference is who acts as the legal seller. With Merchant of record, Pandabase handles tax and disputes. With Pandabase Direct, those responsibilities stay with you.

* **Cards and wallets:** Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, online and in-app.
* **Bank and local payment methods:** iDEAL, Pix, UPI, Pay by Bank, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and more.
* **Adaptive currency:** show prices in the buyer's local currency at checkout.
* **Standalone 3DS:** ask the cardholder's bank to verify a card payment before you charge it, so eligible fraud liability shifts to the issuer.

With Merchant of record, cards and alternative payment methods from outside the US add &#x2A;*1.5%**, and subscription payments add &#x2A;*0.5%**.

* **Dispute prevention:** resolve disputes with the card issuer before they become chargebacks.

## Payouts and other services [#payouts-and-other-services]
